The Hark Building is situated in the corner of Muralla (right across the Intramuros walls), and Anda Streets. It is adjacent to the Herald Building and right across Letran College. It is a 2-storey, plus an attic with loft type rooms.

Hark Building has 28 unfurnished apartments for male and female students.

All rooms in the attic floor are loft type rooms. (12 Rooms)

Each apartment can accommodate 1-4 students.

Requirements

  • One year contract under the name of parent/guardian
  • 2 months security deposit
  • 1 month utility deposit (for apartments only)
  • 1 month advance rent
  • Post-dated checks for remaining 11 months
  • Government issued ID of parent/guardian
