- Rooms can accommodate 1-4 persons per room
- Students can decide how to furnish their rooms
- Separate water and electrical sub meters
- Cooking is allowed in the unit

- One year contract under the name of parent/guardian
- 2 months security deposit
- 1 month utility deposit (for apartments only)
- 1 month advance rent
- Post-dated checks for remaining 11 months
- Government issued ID of parent/guardian
