There are 29 rooms with 100 bed spaces for female students.
There are 7 rooms with 32 bed spaces for male students.

- Units are air-conditioned
- Rooms for female students can accommodate 2-4 persons per room
- Rooms for male students can accommodate up to 6 people per room
- Electricity and water consumption are included in the monthly rate
- No cooking is allowed in the unit
